
My Design Process
I use Design Thinking as a mindset to develop and deliver innovative ideas, change and solutions to complicated problems. It is an activity-based process with a strong emphasis on teamwork and co-creation. I like to be inspired and challenged, to ‘learn-by-doing’ and I have an ability on creative problem solving to help companies.

Goal Definition .
This is the discovery phase, it is important to star with an affirmative strategic topic, gather data, understand and empathize with unmet needs.

2. Re-frame Opportunity
In this phase I look for patterns and insights. It is important to question assumptions, frame the POV and define the scope.

3. Ideation
This is the time to experiment, explore new possibilities and co-create in diverse teams. On this phase of the process it is important to make the ideas visible on any kind of interphase. I like to start sketching on paper or boards.

4. Evaluation
Once the ideas are proposed it is time to evaluate if this ideas are desirable, feasible and viable. And we should analyze what are the constrains about them.
It is important to test with users the ideas or proposed services or products. Based on the insights from them we can go back to and redefine our ideas and then test them again.
5. Delivery
The delivery phase can have different outputs depending on each project. There are some projects where we can input all our learning into a product, a style guide or
